Are you aged between 16-18 and not in Education or Employment?

Real Talk TV are now offering young people between the ages of 16-18, who are not in education or employment, support with developing their skills to help with the big choices of choosing a career path.

We know that many young people haven’t had the easiest start in life and many are simply feeling lost in the world. We take pride in supporting those that need it the most.

Whether you want to become inspired to go into further education or experience the world of media and production, you’ll be happy to know that with this traineeship, you have the chance to walk away with an accredited qualification, guidance on possible paths to take after and many transferable skills which can lead to other further education qualifications or even employment!

The traineeship is made up of two parts; learning key employability skills from home or a workbook, with the help of the Inspire team and venturing out into the working world of media with Real Talk TV.

For those that have a knack for media; whether it’s in front of the camera, hosting or interviewing or if you prefer to be behind the scenes, supporting the production team with filming, editing or marketing, we have plenty of options for you!

Join us and you’ll also gain an accredited Level 2 qualification in Employability which covers:

  • Goal setting
  • CV building
  • Cover letter writing
  • Job searching
  • Interview skills
  • Reviewing goals

Not to mention, you would get the chance to gain valuable work experience within media and production, in the areas that interest you the most!

You could also gain Maths and English qualifications alongside, if you need them.
